Human Resource Executive

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

  • Responsible for entire local recruitment process including administering the manpower Requisition process, deliver quality candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience specified by the departmental managers.
  • To develop and implement effective recruiting and hiring strategies, procedures and practices that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates and maximizing return on recruiting investment. This includes sourcing and new hire management, transfer and exit management, building rapport with the internal end user and with external parties.
  • To collaborate with the Heads of Departments to conduct job descriptions development and evaluation as well as to recommend job grades and salary rates for new and promotional positions;
  • To establish strong working relationship with internal and external partners i.e. recruitment /advertising agencies, education institutions, professional bodies and others and liaise with recruitment consultants on search for candidates and prepares profile summary of candidates proposed by consultants.
  • To carry out background and reference checks on candidates as well as job-person fit profiling and prepare compensation and appointment proposals for management approval.
  • To perform any ad-hoc assignments given by The Management.

Payroll Management

  • To handle all Payroll related matters and establish appropriate checks and balances to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
  • To work with subordinates to solve payroll system glitches and to ensure the system runs effectively.  
  • To perform any ad-hoc assignments given by The Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to assist the Manager in leading and managing department.
  • Preferably junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
