Ideal Healthcare Sdn Bhd (IDEALCARE) continues to work actively with various parties to expand the business and improve the quality of services, both domestically and internationally. Thus, on 14th December 2022, Mr. Iskak Putra, President Director of PT Rajawali Nusindo (RNI), Indonesia, has made his maiden visit to IDEALCARE in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

The visit was attended by the delegates from PT RNI, Mr. Sonni Subarnas, Director of Operation with the present of Asia Representative for SMI Belgium, Mr M Zaki Maarof and other representatives from PT RNI.

The delegates were being hosted by Dato’ Seri Dr. Hj Haminnuddin Hj Abd Hamid, Founder and Executive Chairman of IDEALCARE together with the respective Heads of Departments.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RNI was formalised during the visit by Dato’ Seri Hj Dr Haminnuddin of IDEALCARE and Mr Iskak Putra of RNI where both parties will take part and commit for a joint production and distribution of medical disposable product to meet the demand and regulatory requirement of Indonesian market.

IDEALCARE & RNI's strategic alliances and projects in Indonesia covers Research and Development (R&D), distribution and to produce Indonesia’s locally made International standard medical disposables products.
